Summary

run the full production smoke suite through the canonical HTTPS and WSS endpoints
replace the retired plaintext 4321 runner probe with the public health endpoint
retain direct port 8000 checks for internal service readiness

Validation

deployment security regression: passed
context check: passed
Python compile and shell syntax: passed
full Django/MySQL matrix required before merge
